Her specialty

Caroline likes bringing new ideas to the table and going off the beaten track to deliver unique and unforgettable moments.

She loves taking pictures, hiking in search of the most beautiful natural panoramas and finding the best spots to immortalise these extraordinary moments. Yes, Scotland is without a doubt one of the most photogenic regions in the world!

Her favourite incentive program

Spending the day on the west side of the country around Loch Lomond, just south of the Highlands.
Starting from Edinburgh, for the most unique experience.
A very warm welcome awaits them at the loch where Scottish drivers, all dressed in their most stunning kilts,
are ready to teach the participants the basic off-road driving skills in their 4x4s.
Then, they get to practice on a variety of tracks, from steep slopes, rocks through rivers,
from where the view over the Isles of Loch Lomond becomes even more spectacular.

Upon reaching the top, they are welcomed with hot drinks and Scottish sweet treats for a well-deserved break
to get their strength back whilst admiring the spectacular scenery. Hidden on the top of the hill,
a bagpipe player surprises the guests and greets them in the true traditional Scottish way.

On the way back down, the participants go down the steep, rocky and unpredictable slopes.
The hardest part for them is actually to keep their eyes on the road instead of admiring the breathtaking views.
Lunch is then served in a quaint restaurant, offering another taste of Scottish specialities.

Early afternoon, the guests board the powerful and luxurious boats with a qualified skipper
and discover Loch Lomond and its stunning shores. They visit idyllic islands and beaches,
some of which being only accessible by boat. A few stops for little challenges are planned on the way,
to get deeper into the Scottish culture.

At the end of the day, the group heads back to Edinburgh to admire the sunset from the top floor of a building that has the most amazing view over St Andrews Square.
A perfect way to end this beautiful evening!
